Groundworks Landscaping Inc. was founded by three partners in East Hampton, NY. We provide exquisite landscapes from the ground up by taking time to thoroughly understand what is necessary on each individual project. Our team addresses each new construction site or renovation project as if it were our own. We provide our professional services and introduce concepts that represent the owner’s lifestyle, budget and design awareness.

Groundworks Landscaping Inc. coordinates a total project from site clearing, grading, and driveway assessment to landscape design ideas for pools, sports areas, and finally implementation. Each of us is consistently involved in every project on a daily basis. We hand select and tag all of our plant materials from nurseries throughout the country and as it arrives on site, we place them prior to actual planting.

Andy Silich

Andy's business experience ensures that all projects parameters are fulfilled. Andy's forte is managing Groundworks projects and managing clients budgetary requirements. Andy also acts as a behind the scenes person, managing the day to day needs of Groundworks and client project management.

Kim Hren

Kim has been in the green industry for more than 20 years. She has extensive experience and knowledge of plant materials, landscape design and their interaction together. Having grown up in the industry, Kim has developed a vast knowledge of what it takes to successfully Design, Layout and Install landscaping projects.

Linda Silich

Linda has been working with Kim on Landscape and Planting designs for four years. Linda specializes in finding plant materials and customer relations ensuring all jobs get completed to the customer's satisfaction. Linda also controls all marketing and publications about Groundworks.
